Craft Evening (Make & Mend)

Craft Evening (Make & Mend)

It's time for another evening with Make & Mend, Friday 18th May at 7.30 pm onwards in our building on Main Street.

In a change to what we'd planned, this time we will have the sewing machines out again and aim to use basic sewing skills to make a simple tote bag.

This could be useful instead of a poly bag for shopping. All materials will be supplied for you to have a go. Good filtered coffee also supplied!

There will also be an opportunity to look at how other more complex bags can be sewn.

Hope to see you there!

Wiggling and Giggling Again!

Your long wait is over! The great news is that following the Easter break, Wiggles and Giggles restarts on Thursday April 26th for more fun times singing, story telling, crafting, playing and of course snacking! We look forward to seeing you all back, and if you've never been before you're very welcome to come along with pre-schoolers and babies.

Patchwork for Beginners

The next "Make & Mend Evening" will be on Friday 2nd February at 8pm.

Please join us for a taster session on "beginners patchwork". Everyone is very welcome to attend. Coffee and nibbles will be provided. There is no charge for this event.

WHAT’S THE BEST GIFT GOD COULD GIVE YOU?

WHAT’S THE BEST GIFT GOD COULD GIVE YOU?

Life Explored is a seven session series featuring a combination of short films and Bible interaction.

It’s an exposé of the little gods that promise us so much happiness, yet deliver so little. As it explores the Bible story (creation, fall, redemption, new creation), Life Explored shows how our deepest desires for happiness can only be satisfied in one person, Jesus Christ. The best gift God can give us is himself.

Join us as we begin Life Explored.
